Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill a key role in our organization. This is a communication-driven position, with your typical day including:

• Proactive outreach to identify qualified candidates.
• Interviewing candidates and preparing their documents.
• Coaching candidates before interviews with clients.
• Conducting follow-ups after interviews.
• Extending job offers and supporting candidates through the offer process.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.

They should also be available to work Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm Brazil time (8 hours of work with a 1‑hour break).
