A leading talent acquisition firm located in Brazil is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring success across Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market teams in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a strong understanding of local talent markets, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. You will collaborate with hiring managers and leverage tools like Recruiter to enhance the recruitment process. This position requires strong stakeholder management and a consultative approach to ensure timely hires in a competitive market.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in driving hiring success across Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams in the LATAM region. This role operates within client’s global Talent Acquisition organization and partners closely with business leaders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
It requires a high level of autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and a consultative approach to ensure high-quality, timely hires in a competitive market. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner helps shape hiring plans, advise on talent trends, and champion client’s growth across LATAM.
