A leading fintech company in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and nurture pipelines in Engineering and Product roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing in fast-paced environments and proven success in attracting senior talent. This hands-on role emphasizes collaboration with teams across Brazil and LATAM, making market insights actionable for better hiring outcomes.
You’ll join our Global Talent Acquisition Team in Brazil, partnering with recruiters and leaders across Engineering, Product, and key business areas. Together, we’re building high‑performing teams that shape SumUp’s next generation of products and technology. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, where you’ll be the top‑of‑funnel accelerator, driving proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and delivering market insights to help us hire faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate closely with our TA partners in Brazil and globally, ensuring that SumUp attracts the best technical and product talent across BR.
