Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performance global team. You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments. This is a client-facing, hands‑on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules.
  • Lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
  • Architect and implement REST / SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.
  • Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with US-based clients and cross‑functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.
Requirements
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (minimum); a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.)
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer)
  • Experience with integrations, REST / SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflows
  • Proven client‑facing experience, able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to operate in fast‑paced, high‑impact projects
Nice to Have
  • Experience with App Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.)
  • Previous experience delivering solutions to US‑based enterprise clients
