We are now looking for a Service Technician, 4 Stroke who will be responsible for providing technical field services to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The preferred location for this position is Manaus, Brazil.

Key Accountabilities

• Executes field service activities, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment in accordance with maintenance and service agreements and technical specifications.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Follows established safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Interacts with customers to understand their service needs and provides solutions that meet their expectations.
• Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Collaborates with the service team and other teams to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
• Participates in continuous learning and training to stay updated with the latest technologies and service techniques.

Requirements

• Complete Technical Training – Mechanics and others authorized by current legislation.

Knowledge/Skills

• Practical handling of tools
• Measuring instruments
• Specific repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines on Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety.
