About the Senior Sales Representative Role

This role requires native-level fluency in English to manage the full sales cycle, including both pre‑sales and sales activities, across inbound and outbound channels. Responsibilities include selling and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to scheduling and leading meetings, all conducted 100% in English. The primary focus is the U.S. market, engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B client prospecting in the U.S. market for Staff Augmentation and temporary squads temporários (projects).
  • Execution of outbound e inbound sales strategies.
  • Lead qualification.
  • LinkedIn content creation and relationship building (Social Selling).
  • Email followups and CRM updates.
  • Scheduling and leading meetings - preparing supporting materials.
  • Preparing commercial proposals.
  • Creating reports for management.
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs.
What we're looking for Mandatory skills:
  • Fluent/native English.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience with CRM.

  • Experience selling B2B solutions to senior/executive stakeholders in the tech industry.
