Working hours are aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST). This position focuses on collaboration with business teams for process improvements.

Qualificações

We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to support and maintain an existing automation ecosystem. This professional will work closely with day-to-day operations, ensuring stability, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing current automation frameworks.

The environment includes multiple automation solutions (80+ use cases) built on internal frameworks, recently migrated to cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing UiPath automations
• Perform triage, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution
• Understand current frameworks and improve them over time
• Update and refactor existing workflows
• Ensure stability and performance of attended and unattended bots
• Work with Orchestrator for monitoring and support
• Review and improve documentation and process capture
• Collaborate with business teams on process reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7+ years of RPA development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath
• Solid understanding of Selectors, Debugging, Orchestrator, Attended & Unattended automation
• Experience working with internal automation frameworks

Nice to Have

• Experience in Finance industry
• Experience working with .NET, Java, Angular, or COBOL systems
• Knowledge of Automation Insights, Maestro, or related tools
