Overview

PTW, a global gaming services company, is seeking a talented Senior Recruiter to identify, attract and hire top talent for various Software Engineering, business roles and handling volume recruitment projects in the LATAM market, especially Brazil.

This role-holder will be reporting directly to our Studio Head in Brazil.

This position will lead all the recruitment for the San Paulo studio and possibly be a mentor to other team members in this studio.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct in-person and video interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and handle offer letters and contracts.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
• Analyze market data and compensation benchmarks to remain competitive.
• Provide recommendations to improve the recruitment process and strategy.
• Responsible for filling the open positions in the regions and positions have been assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be bilingual English / Portuguese.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with volume recruitment is highly preferred.
• Experienced hiring Creative positions such as 2D, 3D Animation, Artists, Freelancers is highly preferred.
