A leading global firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager in São Paulo to manage large customer projects. The role involves leading a project team, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in Data Center Projects, strong leadership skills, and be fluent in English and Portuguese. This position aims to drive sustainability efforts and improve project outcomes.
Manage large Customer projects or workpackages of very large projects (Category A projects including more software, more services and more sustainability, with organizational and technical complexity, multi‑business, high level of risk, complex contractual context) following applicable company policies and processes (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process).
Lead functionally the project team (>10 people) to ensure full customer satisfaction and financial performance and delegate sub‑projects to PMs. You rely on the PMO expert and document manager to drive the project KPI's: more software, more services and more sustainability.
Focus on stakeholder management and guiding the team. Manage the relationship with the customer and third parties within project scope and be accountable for the execution of the project in line with the contract. Contribute to the project managers community of practice and act as a sales agent for the OPEX service portfolio.
As a Sr. Project Manager for a dedicated VIP client, you manage a portfolio of solution execution VIP projects (Cat.B/A). You drive project managers involved with this customer, act as mentor, and are overall P&L responsible. You ensure consistency of all projects in terms of management, scope, and communication, and provide senior‑level customer interface when needed.
Within a Global or Regional Application Center, as part of a Project Management team, you report to the head of execution of the center.
