What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate teams of architects, analysts, developers, and designers for Change and Release management
- Manage status update meetings and communicate timelines and impacts of new initiatives
- Work closely with federal IT teams and vendors to provide consolidated feedback on project progress
- Identify and communicate downstream impacts of process enhancements to affected teams
- Lead and execute configuration management and release transformation initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 10+ years of management experience
- 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects
- 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT/software projects, preferably utilizing Agile/SAFe methodology
- 3+ years of experience in leading multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Expertise with Agile Scrum methodology and SAFe
- 3+ years' experience managing distributed teams for geographically dispersed customers
- Ability to communicate effectively with federal clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
