What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate teams of architects, analysts, developers, and designers for Change and Release management
• Manage status update meetings and communicate timelines and impacts of new initiatives
• Work closely with federal IT teams and vendors to provide consolidated feedback on project progress
• Identify and communicate downstream impacts of process enhancements to affected teams
• Lead and execute configuration management and release transformation initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 10+ years of management experience
• 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT/software projects, preferably utilizing Agile/SAFe methodology
• 3+ years of experience in leading multiple teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Expertise with Agile Scrum methodology and SAFe
• 3+ years' experience managing distributed teams for geographically dispersed customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with federal clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
