An established agricultural firm based in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead digital product initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience independently managing digital products, a strong background in Agile methodology, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, managing the backlog, and ensuring successful iterations based on customer feedback. Fluency in English is essential, with Portuguese and Spanish as additional assets.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other Product Owners and Product Managers to align dependencies and ensure consistency across the Yara product portfolio.
  • Champion Agile Excellence: Understand and apply Agile principles deeply — not just the “how,” but the “why”.
  • Remove Barriers: Actively mitigate impediments that could impact successful delivery of sprint or release goals.
  • Foster Collaboration: Promote a culture of open communication, peer support, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner. Must have experience leading one or more digital products independently.
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • English is a must, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure.
