As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you are the technical North Star for your mission. You own the architectural integrity and technology roadmap for highly complex systems that span across multiple teams. You aren't just solving today’s bugs; you are designing the scalable systems of tomorrow, mentoring the next generation of engineers, and bridging the gap between deep technical implementation and high‑level business strategy.

Scope of Ownership

• System Mastery: Take end‑to‑end ownership of a specific system or sub‑system, defining its long‑term technology roadmap.
• Complex Problem Solving: Propose and execute engineering solutions for highly complex systems both within and outside your immediate domain.
• Quality Architect: Define rigorous test plans (unit, integration, performance) and troubleshoot deep‑seeded system optimizations that others might miss.
• Implementation Guide: While you remain hands‑on when necessary, your primary focus is guiding the implementation details of complex tasks to ensure they align with the broader architecture.

Technical Excellence

• Architectural Depth: Demonstrate expert knowledge of multiple architectural patterns and modern engineering principles.
