Qualificações

Your impact :
  • Develop data driven insights and HR employee lifecycle analysis to support and deliver strategic decision making for HR and the organization;
  • Create and sustain appropriate controls to maintain reliable data and enable scalable reporting solutions;
  • Generate data for internal stakeholders, such as the People Team, Finance and other related areas;
  • Identify and deliver on opportunities to support key HR Team initiatives through robust analyses and dashboards;
  • Partner with HR leadership in HRIS implementation and new processes for the area;
  • Ensure data integrity and security in the storage of information, cherish the security and privacy of people's data; confidentiality, in compliance with the LGPD and Rock Content's strategic guidelines.
What we are looking for :
  • 3 to 5 years experience in HR roles, at least 2 years experience in People Analytics, using data to drive people insights and solutions across hiring, development, and retention;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and / or Google Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel / Sheets;
  • Previous experience with any HRIS;
  • Advanced to fluent english communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Experience with Bamboo and / or Lever (ATS) would be a great plus for this position;
  • Strong data driven and analytical profile, with great relationship skills (that person will be in touch with different areas at Rock).
