Your Field of Activity

• Translates business objectives into data‑driven strategies designed to lead the Brazilian couponing market.
• Establish, cultivate, and grow strong relationships with our Brazilian advertisers, affiliate networks, and agency partners, establishing high‑level contacts inside client organizations.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of key partners and campaigns; innovating when you see opportunity and identifying areas to test, learn, and scale.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Build, maintain, and aggregate data into centralized reports using Looker, Google Sheets, Affiliate network reporting, and Google Analytics.
• You will dive into the data to pull actionable insights to help improve performance and ultimately scale campaigns profitably.
• Work closely with SEO content managers to aid in optimizing shop pages to reach overall sales goals (visibility, conversions, revenue, etc) and portfolio growth.

Your Mindset and Experience

• Passionate about data, analysis, and reporting to find efficiencies at a granular level.
• Business‑oriented, passionate team player with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field from an accredited university.
• Relevant experience (2 years minimum) in sales, negotiation, and / or client‑management roles.
• Affiliate marketing and a medium SEO understanding are considered a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Comfortable with ownership of performance marketing and content marketing campaigns.
• Intermediate level of analytical skills with fluency in using analytics tools (GA4, Looker, DataStudio, SEMrush, Excel, Google Sheets) as well as CRM tools.
• Detail‑oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and business goals.
• Stubborn on the vision, flexible in the details.
• Strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to attend key industry events as someone who shares our values around in‑person collaboration and relationship building at team events.
