WHAT TO EXPECT:

We’re seeking a seasoned Growth Consultant (ASO + UA) to play a pivotal role at Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key clients. As a senior member of our multidisciplinary growth team, you’ll lead client engagements, mentor team members, and deliver ASO‑led growth strategies complemented by paid UA execution. This role sits at the intersection of organic app growth and paid acquisition, ideal for someone who enjoys combining experimentation, user behavior insights, and performance‑driven decision‑making to unlock scalable impact.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Organize and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within the pod.

Lead ASO‑first growth strategies for global clients, ensuring scalable impact across markets and languages.

Own and support UA initiatives across GAC, Meta, and Apple Search Ads, ensuring alignment with ASO strategy.

Support key ASO clients globally with strategic planning, roadmaps, and prioritization across multiple markets and languages.

Apply experimentation methodologies across ASO and UA to improve visibility, conversion, and efficiency.

Lead keyword optimization (KWO) projects to improve discoverability across global markets and languages.

Plan and execute creative testing strategies for app store assets and paid UA creatives.

Guide Growth Managers to build strong analytical, strategic, and performance‑driven skill sets.

Develop and refine client strategies using deep understanding of user behavior, app store dynamics, and paid acquisition signals.

Monitor and optimize performance across organic + paid funnels, connecting insights between ASO and UA.

Grow Phiture’s influence in the mobile marketing industry, especially in ASO and app growth.

Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality services and solutions.

Stay up to date with ASO, UA, and mobile growth trends, integrating best practices into pod strategies.

Collaborate closely with the ASO Growth Lead to continuously improve processes, share knowledge, and integrate insights from UA and performance marketing.

  • Champion industry best practices inASO, UA, and mobile growth, staying ahead of trends and innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

3+ years of experience inASO and/or mobile UA (GAC, Meta, Apple Search Ads).

Strong expertise in ASO, with hands‑on exposure topaid UA channels.

Solid understanding of mobile performance marketing fundamentals (CAC, LTV, incrementality).

  • Strategic mindset with proven experience inexperimentation, hypothesis testing, and performance analysis.
  • Strong research skills and critical thinking with a data‑driven approach.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with willingness to deepen technical expertise across ASO and UA.
  • Excellent client management skills in an agency environment.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
NICE TO HAVE:

Strong Apple Search Ads experience.

  • Experience managing budgets acrossGAC and Meta.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization.
  • Experience working with experimentation or testing frameworks.
  • Interest in mentoring and developing junior growth talent.
