The ideal candidate must possess extensive mining industry connections, a hunter mentality for new business acquisition, and proven experience managing key accounts in demanding environments.
Mandatory Industry Expertise: mining sector B2B sales experience (5+ years).
Established network with mining operations, procurement heads, and fleet managers.
Sales Competency: Demonstrated record of achieving significant YoY growth in complex sales environments.
Personal Attributes: Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in high-pressure settings.
Technical knowledge: of OTR tires or heavy machinery.
