This position is in Cargill's food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.

Job Purpose and Impact

• Meet plant requirements for tradeable raw materials, primarily focusing on soybean oil, but also a handful of specialty oils.
• Work with local and global partners to develop, verbalize, and execute on a soybean oil market view
• Work on a local team with equal responsibility and accountability for success
• Ensure a process that reconciles positions, contracts, and deliveries to the plant
• Work with commercial teams as requested to provide market insight and overall margin integrity
• Generate market, position and profit and loss reports based on data and specialty reports.
• Other duties as assigned
