What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Plan and execute processes related to assessment of student learning and institutional effectiveness
• Lead the design and implementation of academic quality assurance through program assessment
• Analyze academic assessment data and report results to influence institutional decision‑making
• Develop and provide training and resources for faculty and staff on assessment practices
• Oversee compliance reporting systems and ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field, such as higher education or social science (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred)
• Prior experience in assessment of educational and institutional effectiveness
• Experience in higher education, preferably with reaccreditation processes
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with statistical analysis software and assessment management systems
