Position Summary
Coordinate and execute the management of annual sales and profitability of the assigned Food Ingredients customer portfolio in accordance with the global and regional strategies defined by headquarters in order to achieve business growth and long‑term sustainability through the pursuit of new customer opportunities for the Food Ingredients.
Position Scope
The role will be located in Brazil Sao Paulo City with north Latin‑American responsibilities as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support the development of the annual sales plan for your customer portfolio.
- Generate new business opportunities to ensure sales growth with existing and new customers registering them in the CRM.
- Update monthly sales forecasts in order to provide other areas with information on projected results (FCST).
- Ensure the achievement of sales and profitability targets for your customer portfolio.
- Meet the expected Sales Excellence indicators from the CRM (visits, account plans, planning opportunities, etc.).
- Report activity results and analysis to the Sales Management to ensure that plans and actions lead to the achievement of defined goals.
- Comply with the corporate safety policy at all times.
- Work with support teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Technical Sales Support, and Finance) to ensure commercial goals are met.
- Manage MNC (Multinational Company) accounts comprehensively, contacting functional areas and business units globally as needed to ensure success.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or related sciences; chemical engineering is a plus.
- Masters or MBA desirable.
- 10–15 years of experience focused in consultive sales for food chemical ingredients.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a role integrating various sales functions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business and overcome challenges.
- Technical proficiency in relevant industry knowledge in food chemical ingredients.
- Understanding of industry trends and the company’s product portfolio.
- Track record of successfully leading and executing high‑impact sales initiatives.
- Financial acumen with responsibility for EBITDA/OR CM.
