Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory, with knowledge of Chinese as an advantage. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on technology and collaboration.

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Integration and Support Analyst to be the core technical liaison between our company, our global partners, and our R&D engine in China. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic communication, deep technical troubleshooting, and project management to ensure seamless, high-performance system integrations.

Role Responsibilities
  • A Partnership & Technical Coordinator
  • Act as the main point of contact for all integration efforts.
  • Proactively contact and manage relationships with potential and existing partners, translating technical requirements into actionable project plans.
  • A Global Collaborator & Feature Deliverer
  • Collaborate intensively with our Product and R&D teams in China to define, test, and deploy new integration requirements.
  • Ensure all deliverables are executable, high‑quality, and meet market needs.
  • Keep the R&D team informed of potential improvements, new features and strategic integration opportunities in the target markets.
  • A Troubleshooting and Support Expert
  • Utilize advanced tools like packet capture (e.g., Charles, Fiddler) and API debugging tools (e.g., Postman) to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex interface issues affecting partners and customers.
  • Serve as the escalation point for integration‑related system issues with our partners.
  • A Technical Documentator
  • Maintain and update comprehensive technical specifications and documentation in both English and Portuguese, ensuring accuracy and clarity for internal and external stakeholders.
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in system integrations, systems troubleshooting with a strong understanding of networking protocols and JSON/XML. Experience with integration in food delivery, logistics, or e‑commerce platforms is a definite plus.
  • Excellent cross‑cultural communication, negotiation and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
