About the role:

Our innovative team is in search of a Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong technical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a growth mindset. This pivotal role involves leading project development efforts and guiding junior team members towards excellence. The Senior Engineer will focus on hands-on technical leadership within specific projects.

Ideal candidates will:

• Navigate complex engineering challenges while maintaining a focus on team growth and communication
• Motivate and develop less experienced engineers, fostering an innovative and cohesive team environment
• Engage with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, contributing to the engineering community

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex engineering projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high quality and innovative solutions
• Demonstrate expert knowledge and practical application in:
• Infrastructure: Azure App Service, Azure Function Apps, Azure Topics + Queues
• Backend: Entity Framework 6/Core, .NET Core, MVC, Migrations, Code-first
• Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux
• Legacy systems

Maintain communication via Teams and regular standups

Mentor intermediate and associate engineers, fostering a culture of learning

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and solve technical problems

Contribute to process and technology improvements

Ensure clear communication of goals, roles, and technical requirements

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership in development projects
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
