In this role, you will take ownership of both frontend and backend systems, building scalable, high-performing web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences while maintaining robust, resilient backend services. The position offers the chance to explore AI-powered features, modern web technologies, and cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the product’s technical foundation and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring best practices across the full stack. Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using React, React Native, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Implement scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to frontend UI development, creating intuitive, pixel‑perfect experiences for Web, iOS, and Android.
• Explore and implement AI-powered features using tools such as OpenAI or Gemini APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, design, and infrastructure, to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain code quality, testing standards, and performance benchmarks across all layers of the stack.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices and fostering innovation across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional JavaScript development experience with strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience in full stack development, delivering both frontend and backend solutions.
• Proficiency in GraphQL and familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to AI-powered tools or projects, either commercially or personally.
• Product‑minded approach, understanding how technical decisions impact user experience and business outcomes.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: experience with AWS, DevOps (CI/CD, monitoring, deployment pipelines), AI model implementation, or UX/UI design intuition.
