Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving major business productivity platforms such as Confluence, Box, and AirTable
• Develop enterprise-wide design and architectural guidelines and policies
• Manage user experiences by collaborating with network and telecom teams
• Drive enhancements and improvements to collaboration services and end-user experience
• Provide technical leadership for migrating existing platforms to new technologies

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience implementing and optimizing SaaS platforms such as Box, Confluence, and AirTable
• 2+ years of experience with scripting and API integration
• 2+ years managing engineers in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with architecture and design
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
• 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
