What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of advertising agreements related to ad sales and growth business units
  • Advise on data use and ownership issues, ensuring compliance with advertising guidelines and internal policies
  • Conduct contract analysis and provide ongoing risk assessments for various matters
  • Build trust and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Assist legal team members with overflow work and provide training as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in an established law firm and/or in the entertainment, media, advertising, or technology sectors
  • Proven experience in negotiating and drafting technology and commercial agreements
  • Familiarity with digital ad sales agreements and data use agreements
  • JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited U.S. law school and admission to the state bar in at least one U.S. state
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
