The Senior Change Management Analyst (Training & Communication) plays a key role in enabling successful change initiatives across the organization. This position focuses on designing, coordinating, and executing training and communication plans aligned with the company’s change management framework. In the position you would report to our GSS Change Management Expert. You will be a partner with stakeholders, project teams, and regional change leads to drive consistent adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors. This is an operational role with a global perspective, focusing in Americas. If you are passionate about making change happen, anticipating challenges before they arise, and influencing outcomes at all levels, this is an excellent opportunity to make a global impact.
Prosci or other change management certification (by Human Change Management Institute), experience supporting ERP or technology-driven transformations.
