The ideal candidate will have native English proficiency and be a HubSpot power user with 1–3+ years of experience in outbound roles. Compensation includes a base salary of R$ 10,900 per month with OTE of R$ 27,300, emphasizing quality meetings and conversion outcomes.

Business Development Representative (Outbound + Nurture)

ContentClicks is a compliance-first growth partner for regulated brands (healthcare, dental, aesthetic medicine, insurance). Our buyers are high-trust, high-standards, and time-poor. That means this is not a “mass blast” role. We run a precise outbound system and we protect founder time with strict qualification.

If you are the type of BDR who wins through targeting, messaging, discipline, and clean CRM execution, you will do very well here. If you rely on spam, shortcuts, or inflated activity numbers, do not apply— we will identify it quickly.

What you’ll do
  • Cold email (primary channel): run outbound campaigns end-to-end-targeting, sequencing, reply handling, objection follow-up, and booking meetings that actually show up.
  • Lead nurture + newsletters: segment and nurture warm leads and the database; run lightweight newsletter/nurture sends that convert “not now” into booked calls.
  • Campaigns: execute structured outreach and follow-up aligned to ICP segments (not generic connection spam).
  • Inbound speed-to-lead: respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (Meta, website forms, guide downloads) and convert them into qualified calls.
  • HubSpot discipline: keep the CRM clean and decision-useful-notes, stages, next steps, required fields, and follow-up tasks. If it’s not in HubSpot, it didn’t happen.
What “great” looks like here
  • You book fewer meetings, but better meetings—correct persona, real intent, clear next steps.
  • Your opportunities get accepted because your qualification is real and your notes are actionable.
  • You work the full cycle: prospect → reply → qualify → nurture → booked call → clean handoff.
Requirements (must-have)
  • Near-native/native English (written and spoken).
  • HubSpot power user (mandatory): pipeline hygiene, tasks, properties, and reporting are second nature.
  • 1–3+ years in outbound BDR/SDR (B2B services or SaaS preferred).
  • You can write cold emails that get responses from senior decision-makers—concise, specific, and professional.
  • You are metrics-driven, but you understand the difference between activity and outcomes.
This role is NOT for you if
  • You “spray and pray,” blast generic lists, or hide behind volume.
  • Your meetings don’t show up, don’t fit ICP, or don’t convert.
  • You don’t document properly in HubSpot or you dislike process discipline.
Compensation (BRL)
  • Base: R$ 10,900 / month
  • OTE: R$ 27,300 / month
  • This is a performance-heavy plan paid on outcomes (qualified meetings held, sales-qualified opportunities accepted, closed-won assists). Detailed incentive mechanics are shared in the interview process.
