A compliance-focused marketing partner in Brazil seeks a Business Development Representative to manage outbound campaigns, nurture leads, and maintain HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate is a near-native English speaker with 1-3 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles and a strong track record in cold emailing. This role offers competitive compensation based on performance with a strong focus on quality interactions and effective follow-up.
Business Development Representative (Outbound + Nurture): ContentClicks is a compliance-first growth partner for regulated brands (healthcare, dental, aesthetic medicine, insurance). Our buyers are high-trust, high-standards, and time-poor. That means this is not a "mass blast" role. We run a precise outbound system and we protect founder time with strict qualification. If you are the type of BDR who wins through targeting, messaging, discipline, and clean CRM execution, you will do very well here. If you rely on spam, shortcuts, or inflated activity numbers, do not apply-we will identify it quickly.
Cold email (primary channel): run outbound campaigns end-to-end—targeting, sequencing, reply handling, objection follow-up, and booking meetings that actually show up.
Segment and nurture warm leads and the database; run lightweight newsletter / nurture sends that convert "not now" into booked calls.
Execute structured outreach and follow-up aligned to ICP segments (not generic connection spam).
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (Meta, website forms, guide downloads) and convert them into qualified calls.
Keep the CRM clean and decision-useful—notes, stages, next steps, required fields, and follow-up tasks. If it's not in HubSpot, it didn't happen.
You book fewer meetings, but better meetings—correct persona, real intent, clear next steps.

This is a performance-heavy plan paid on outcomes (qualified meetings held, sales-qualified opportunities accepted, closed-won assists). Detailed incentive mechanics are shared in the interview process.
