• Maintain, design, implement, test, and deploy new features in the Python SDK.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Backend Developer in Brazil. You will join one of our North American client’s engineering team to maintain, design, implement, test, and deploy new features in their Python SDK as well as fix bugs, improve, and update its existing functionalities. As an experienced developer, you will be responsible for writing great documentation, doing demos, and mentoring others. You will participate in the client’s team ceremonies and other sessions.

Must Have Qualifications

• Strong English communication, writing and verbal.
• Experience working independently and remotely.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Public API and Python SDK on the backend implementation side.
• Familiarity with FastAPI is a plus since one of the tasks ahead is to tighten up the client endpoints so that the developer generates well-designed and comprehensive OpenAPI specifications.
• SDK coding for other developers
