Required Experience and Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including the preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and analyze reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies through regular review and analysis of financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing accurate and timely financial data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting issues and streamline processes.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function.
