A staffing and recruitment consultancy is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile practices for one to two Scrum teams. This remote role requires a professional with 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master position, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate with distributed teams and Agile leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring effective delivery and performance enhancement within the teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
• Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
• Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
• Identify, elevate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.

About the Opportunity

We are a staffing and recruitment consultancy supporting one of our clients with a long-term project. We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.

Experience Level

Mid-level (2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master)

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
• Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
• Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
• Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
• Identify, elevate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
• Work closely with mid-level managers and cross‑functional team members across multiple regions

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
• Experience working with distributed, global teams
