A global technology firm is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. The opportunity
Record to Report (R2R) Solution Architect Team is part of the Center of Excellence managing a Global SAP S/4 Hana system. Currently we are in Change Managemnt phase of the system: design & devoliping functionalities of the system. The Architect is responsible for solutions, design, testing of implementations related to SAP Controlling, as well as support and integration with other SAP modules/functions and related interface environments.
Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP S/4HANA Controlling module solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements through functional specifications and documentation.
Functionality Management: Drive the implementation and enhancement of functionalities, analyzing requirements, defining scope, and innovating processes based on industry best practices.
Testing and Validation: Oversee unit, integration, and regression testing, coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver training programs for key users on new or updated processes and functionalities, ensuring complete knowledge transfer.
Incident and Change Management: Provide third-level expertise for incident resolution, application change management, enhancements, and project support, ensuring operational excellence.
Area experience: Proven experience in SAP Controlling module and solutions available in SAP S4/HANA, such as: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA (Account based and Cost based), Product Cost Planning, Material Ledger with Actual Costing
Integration experience: Understanding Controlling integration with other modules: SD, PS, PP, Service Management
Business knowledge & process understanding: strong knowledge of Management Accounting, including reporting, understanding business processes: Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order, Service Management
Language skills: Business English knowledge is a must
Additionally skills not must: experience with SAC and RAR, ABAP skills, debugging, interfaces (API, OData) and MuleSoft integration - nice to have
