A consulting firm is seeking a remote SAP Service Management Specialist to support users in Brazil and Argentina. The role requires over 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing service solutions and expertise in configuring SAP SM modules. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with understanding Portuguese considered a plus. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension, focusing on the roadmap transition to S/4HANA from ECC.

Job Description

RED is currently seeking an SAP SM resource for an initial 12-month contract with one of our consulting partners. Client is looking for experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to help support their team with strong configuration experience to help with their roadmap to S / 4HANA from ECC.

Suitable candidates will have the below :

• Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions
• Additional Experience in SAP is a plus
• Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components
• Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end implementation projects
• Fluent in Spanish and English must. Understanding Portuguese would be a plus
