A leading technology consultancy is seeking experienced SAP Service Management Consultants for a remote role. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience, particularly in implementing and configuring SAP Service Management solutions. You will support users in Brazil and Argentina, addressing queries related to Service Center and Service Orders. This position offers a duration of 12 months, with possible extension, and focuses on migrating to S/4HANA from ECC.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
• Experience in configuring SAP Service Management modules.
• Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Brazil and Argentina users with Service Center and Service Orders questions.
• Act as a key contributor for multiple implementation projects.

Client is looking for experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to help support their team with strong configuration experience to help with their roadmap to S/4HANA from ECC.

Suitable candidates will have the below:

• Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
• Additional Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components.
• Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects.
