Job Description

The SAP IBP Deployment Manager will be responsible for implementing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) technology for a specific region across all IFF businesses. The Deployment Manager sets directions, defines workplan, resources and rituals following the SAP IBP implementation methodology to implement use cases in an agile way (build models and interact with experts at the plants) working in partnership with our implementation consulting partner.

We are very excited to welcome two SAP IBP Deployment Managers AMCAS: one for Supply, one for Demand. Join our team!

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage deployment of SAP IBP demand, supply scheduling as well as SIOP planning
  • Understand overall business needs and “Translate” into advanced analytics (AA) language.
  • Manage stakeholders and drive implementation of digital solutions
  • Financial tracking, performance management and monitor progress over time
  • Design changes needed in the organization/roles & responsibilities, capability building and change mgmt. to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies
  • Manage complex advanced analytics, business process improvements projects and global programs at manufacturing sites & supply chains
  • Coordinate a multi-functional team including SAP Architects, data engineers, data scientists, designers as well as inputs of multiple end-user stakeholders
  • Drive digital mindset within the organization
  • Develop expertise on key digital themes in the Manufacturing and supply chain areas, such as Real-Time Process Optimization, development of digital apps, machine learning, AI
  • Lead diagnostics and perform Kaizens
  • Manage project portfolio and productivity tracking
  • Projects financial benefit validation
  • Act as key change agent in a Supply Chain transformation roadmap
Key Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor degree (Engineering, Computer Science or Operations related)
  • Ideally, over 15 years of supply chain and/or manufacturing and project management experience
  • Experience on leading implementation of Integrated Business Planning technologies (Preferably SAP IBP)
  • Ability to lead and support strategic project implementation with at least 10 years of experience on managing Supply Chain projects
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Experience in working with large datasets
  • Ability to lead change and deliver results
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization. Fluent English.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and networking skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
