• Fluent in English
• Support Experience ( SLA management)
• Experience with the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module.
• SAML 2.0 configurations.
• PTP integration knowledge.
• Integration between ECP-FI.
• Experience with the HCM suite (mainly with the payroll component)
• PCR creation and maintenance.
• Schemas and subschemas maintenance.
• Creation of Custom Wage Types.
• Year end activities for customers from USA & MX.
• Technical knowledge about : Garnishments, benefits and deductions.
• US & MX payroll knowledge.
• Country related Tax knowledge.

Nice to have

• ABAP knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of SAP communications.
• Canda PY knowledge.
• Other countries payroll knowledge
