Job Description

The Director of Salesforce Implementation serves as the operational leader of a cross‑functional team, overseeing project delivery excellence and ensuring projects are executed effectively. This role is responsible for leading a team of up to 15 Salesforce professionals across the US and LATAM, including consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation specialists. Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. Manage staffing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across all active projects. Oversee Salesforce implementation projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE), and integrations. Cross‑department collaboration is essential in this role, requiring close work with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the client lifecycle.
