Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to guide the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce solutions, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
Responsibilities
- Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions.
- Leading technical design sessions with clients.
- Developing custom solutions and integrations.
- Managing technical scope and client expectations.
- Evaluating system and architectural constraints as well as performance implications.
- Designing and managing the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered.
- Code Development: Write and review code, develop custom functionalities, and integrate third-party applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Provide mentorship to customers and internal development teams, sharing insights on best practices, coding standards, and the capabilities of the Salesforce platform (including both point-and-click configuration and code customization).
- Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges related to data integration, performance, security, and more.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate efforts, and create implementation plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business needs.
- Utilize strong customer-facing skills to support pre-sales processes.
- Manage and lead platform upgrades and updates, staying current with Salesforce releases and assessing their impact on existing implementations.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to scalability of our rapid growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Salesforce features to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
- Provide training to development teams and end-users on Salesforce applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce in an Architect or Senior Developer role.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Platform.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, web services, middleware).
- Expertise in data modeling, data migration, and data integration.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect).
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and managing teams.
- Advanced English level required to work with US clients and effectively communicate solutions.
