Position: Salesforce Developer
The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. This role is hands‑on and requires strong technical skills combined with the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.
You will work on custom development, automation, integrations, and platform enhancements, ensuring high‑quality, maintainable, and performance‑oriented solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Build and maintain custom objects, triggers, classes, and reusable components
- Develop and optimize record‑triggered flows, screen flows, and orchestration logic
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batch, Future)
- Collaborate with Admins, Product Owners, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices for security, performance, scalability, and governor limits
- Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring adequate test coverage and deployment readiness
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with Apex development (classes, triggers, test classes)
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), including JS, HTML, and CSS
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Flows (record‑triggered, screen flows, subflows)
- Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
- Experience building integrations with external systems (REST APIs, web services)
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch, Scheduled Apex)
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools (Copado, SFDX, or similar)
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I preferred; others are a plus)
