You are an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You are passionate about designing scalable, customer-centric Salesforce solutions that connect business strategy with robust technical architecture.

What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce Architect – Sales, Service & Experience Cloud, you will play a key role in shaping the Salesforce ecosystem across multiple business domains. You’ll architect, design, and deliver scalable CRM and portal solutions while guiding development teams and ensuring adherence to best practices within MAS’s Salesforce Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, following MAS and Salesforce best practices.

Serve as the technical expert and hands-on leader, overseeing Salesforce development and integrations across multiple business functions.

Design and implement custom pages, components, and APIs to extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Builder.

Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems (ERP, CMS, analytics tools, and other platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Build intuitive, responsive, and modern interfaces using Salesforce native tools, LWC, and UI frameworks aligned with Lightning Design System standards.

Establish and enforce code quality, governance, and CI/CD best practices using tools like Copado and Git.

Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and documentation.

Act as a mentor to developers and admins, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and evolving web technologies to ensure MAS delivers cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.

What You Bring

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CLI (DX IDE), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado.

Proficient with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Solid understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and UX principles.

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party and enterprise systems through APIs or middleware solutions.

Deep familiarity with Flows, App Builder, Experience Builder, and Salesforce administration fundamentals.

Experience

8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.

Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce and portal solutions.

5+ years leading cross-functional technical teams or managing Salesforce projects.

Experience defining multi-cloud strategies and delivering solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Strong understanding of CRM data models, governance, and security best practices.

Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments.

Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
