We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our International Expansion Team and help us grow our business in the Brazilian market.

Scope of Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold outreach) via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media to identify and engage potential customers in Brazil and Portugal.

Qualify leads using the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing) to ensure high-quality opportunities are passed to the Account Executive.

Schedule sales meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Research target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaborate closely with the commercial team to refine messaging, identify new lead sources, and optimize outreach strategies.

Provide weekly reports on outreach activity, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling performance.

Support the sales process by participating in client meetings when necessary (in the future, as experience grows).

Represent Whitepress with professionalism, adhering to company standards and communication guidelines.
