About the Company

Our client is a major Chinese Solar Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with a global reputation for delivering high-quality photovoltaic solutions across residential, industrial & commercial (I&C), and utility-scale sectors. With strategic growth plans in Latin America, they are seeking a multilingual commercial leader to spearhead their expansion in the Brazilian market.

The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in Brazil. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in solar PV sales spanning residential, I&C, and utility-scale projects, combined with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth across residential, I&C, and utility solar PV markets in Brazil.

  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, EPCs, and developers.

  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring commercially advantageous terms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Monitor market dynamics, policy developments, and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Represent the company at industry events and strengthen brand presence in Brazil.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in solar PV sales across multiple market segments.

  • Strong commercial and strategic skills in both B2B and B2C environments.

  • Business fluency in Mandarin, Portuguese, and English – essential.

  • Established network within Brazil’s renewable energy sector.

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
