Sales Manager – Processed Beef and Meat Derivatives - EUA

Minerva Foods is a leading beef exporter in South America and also operates in the processed foods segment, marketing its products to more than 100 countries. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods is present in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, and Colombia, and has specialized sheep processing plants in Australia.

With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products that are distributed to customers around the world through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices.

Responsibilities and assignments
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for processed beef and value-added products, aligned with business and profitability goals.
  • Manage and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on retail chains, food service, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Lead negotiations and commercial agreements, ensuring sustainable margins and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales plans proactively.
  • Work closely with pricing, logistics, and production teams to guarantee product availability, competitive pricing, and delivery performance.
  • Coordinate promotional actions, trade marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events and fairs.
  • Implement CRM tools and sales performance dashboards to track results and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to commercial practices.
Requirements and qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related fields. Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: in sales management, preferably within the meat, food, or agribusiness sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of processed beef products, meat derivatives, and food distribution channels.
  • Experience with key account management and B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and high level of communication and presentation skills.
