About the Role

We are expanding our Specialty Paper division and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across South America for Greaseproof Paper and MG Paper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and grow market share for APP’s Specialty Paper products.
  • Manage commercial pipelines for Greaseproof Paper and MG Paper.
  • Execute sales strategies, close deals, and coordinate with our mill teams in Asia.
  • Operate independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
✅ What You Bring
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Specialty Paper sector.
  • Strong commercial network with Converters / Brand Owners across South America.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-managed, and confident working across time zones.
  • Proficient with CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Willing to travel frequently across South America.
