HCJ is looking for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven Sales Manager to strengthen and expand their network in Central & South America. This is a key role built for someone who thrives on long-term growth, smart strategies and meaningful partnerships.
HCJ (Hengelhoef Concrete Joints) is a Belgian company that reinvented industrial flooring joints with their patented cosine joint technology. Their solutions are used by global names like Volkswagen & IKEA – because they make the most critical part of the floor just as strong as the rest.
HCJ is based in Genk (Belgium), with a close-knit team of 45 people and a current turnover of €14 million. Over the past two years, they have realized double-digit growth – and they are only getting started.
You’ll take the lead on one of our most important growth regions: Central & South America, currently accounting for 30% of our turnover. Your focus? Build on the strong foundation, deepen existing relationships, and explore new markets to expand our dealer network.
