A leading energy solutions provider in Salvador, Brazil, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead marketing and sales strategies in the Oil & Gas upstream market. The ideal candidate will leverage over 2 years of relevant experience and an engineering degree to establish customer relationships and drive lead generation. Fluency in Portuguese and strong negotiation skills are essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

  • 2+ years of Sales Management Experience in O&G Upstream market.
  • Experience in complex topside FPSO engineering systems will be a differential.
  • Fluently (written and speech) in Portuguese and Business-level English.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead marketing and sales efforts to understand our product portfolio.
  • Drive market segmentation and promotion strategy.
  • Develop and maintain ideal customer profiles based on market trends.
  • Generate leads through prospecting new opportunities.
  • Handle customer meetings to understand project requirements.
  • Communicate value propositions and manage proposals.
  • Lead contract revisions and project hand-offs.

Position Summary

Key responsibilities in Strategic Market Development.

  • Lead our marketing and sales efforts to develop and communicate a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its applicability.
  • Lead our market segmentation and promotion strategy, developing winning tactics for market development.
  • Developing and maintaining our ideal customer profile aligned with market trends.
  • Drive lead generation, prospecting new opportunities in the market to build a robust pipeline.
  • Qualifying leads for sales contacts
  • Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting Sales Funnels
Key responsibilities in end-to-end Customer Engagement
  • Drive meetings with prospects, understanding their needs, and translating them into project requirements.
  • Communicating with our product, service, and spare parts teams to develop a winning value proposition and present a technical and commercial proposal to our customers.
  • Following up proposals, handling objections and maximizing the value perception within our sales-qualified leads.
  • Leading contract revisions and signatures (Including T&Cs).
  • Handling-off EPC, services and spare parts projects to our operations team.
Qualifications :
  • 2+ years of Sales Management Experience in O&G Upstream market.
