Job Title: Sales Channel & Network Development Manager/Supervisor

Reports to: Sales Director / General Manager, Brazil

Overview

You will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the sales and service network from scratch. Your work directly impacts how efficiently our products reach end customers and serves as the foundation for business success. We are looking for an expert with in-depth knowledge of Brazil's automotive distribution sector, strong business development capabilities, and negotiation skills.

Core Objectives

Within the set timeframe, successfully develop and sign qualified secondary dealer/showroom partners in key Brazilian regions (e.g., São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul) to establish a high-quality, sustainable sales network that meets new vehicle sales, after-sales service, and customer experience targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Development & Planning – Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor networks; create a development plan aligned with brand positioning.
  • Partner Identification & Screening – Proactively identify and evaluate potential dealer investors through multiple channels.
  • Business Negotiation & Signing – Lead negotiations, present BAIC’s value proposition, and finalize dealer agreements.
  • Dealership Setup & Launch Support – Guide new partners in store setup according to brand standards and support pre-opening preparations.
  • Dealer Relationship & Performance Management – Serve as the main point of contact, monitor performance, and coordinate internal support to ensure dealer success.
  • Market Insight & Compliance – Gather market and competitor intelligence; ensure all activities comply with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Chinese is a strong plus).
  • At least 5 years in Brazil’s automotive industry, with 3+ years specifically in dealer network development, dealer management, or large B2B sales.
  • Established network of automotive dealer investors in Brazil.
  • Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil.
Preferred:
  • Experience launching a new automotive brand or expanding a network in Brazil.
  • Background in multinational automotive companies (European, American, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese).
  • Understanding of the Chinese automotive industry.
