The position is full-time on-site in São Paulo, offering a competitive salary package with a base and OTE.

Qualificações

  • 5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven success in B2C sales environments.

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager , you will play a critical role in scaling our business by identifying high-potential leads, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and closing deals across residential and commercial channels. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role best suited for a strategic, consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Engage with property owners, property managers, and HOA board members to understand their needs and position DrBalcony’s solutions effectively.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to each customer segment (residential, multi-family).
  • Act as a strategic advisor and technical expert during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Engage clients in a consultative manner, identifying needs and offering customized solutions that highlight business value.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.
Sales Process Engineering
  • Design, implement, and optimize the end-to-end sales engineering process, ensuring it supports business goals and scales with growth.
  • Define, track, and refine key sales metrics and KPIs, including:
  • Opportunity to closed-won
  • Proposal win rate
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Develop scalable tools, templates, and sales playbooks to increase team efficiency and consistency.
  • Analyze historical sales data and pipeline trends to inform strategy and improve conversion rates.
  • Support strategic planning in areas such as territory development, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Gather and relay market feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and innovation.
  • Mentor and guide lead quality specialists and sales consultants.
  • Influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, especially across marketing, engineering, and product teams.
  • Contribute to training, onboarding, and documentation for new sales hires.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 consultants and own daily metrics.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required. MBA or technical master’s preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Proven success in B2C sales environments with complex or customizable solutions
  • Experience in optimizing and scaling sales processes and infrastructure
Skills
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal oversight
  • Proficient with CRM and analytics tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Metabase (or another BI solution)
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong organizational awareness
  • Comfortable working across departments and influencing cross-functionally
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in Property Tech, or Property Management-focused solutions
  • Deep understanding of technical solution selling and value-based sales strategies
  • Track record of scaling sales engineering or technical sales functions in high-growth environments
  • Passion for home design, home services or architecture is a bonus

The pay range for this role is: 80,000-150,000 USD per year (California). 80-95K base.
