What You'll Do Use Orum to Make high-volume outbound calls every day for multiple client campaigns Schedule qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams Build and manage lead lists using HubSpot, Clay, and our internal systems Follow structured messaging frameworks and iterate based on feedback Log all activity accurately and maintain a tight daily workflow Hit weekly and monthly meeting-set quotas Communicate with the internal team on what's working, what's not, and how to improve What We're Looking For 1–3+ years of SDR experience (outbound required) Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that wants to help us build and scale for the next 5 years Comfortable making + cold calls a day Strong written and verbal English Hands-on experience with modern outbound tools Organized, competitive, coachable, and able to execute consistently Someone who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment Based in São Paulo (or nearby), working remotely with reliable internet What You Get Work directly with operators who've built and scaled SaaS GTM teams from scratch as we scale Deep training on outbound frameworks, cold calling, messaging, and pipeline generation Clear metrics, immediate feedback loops, and upward career path as we grow Competitive compensation with performance incentives Opportunity to work across multiple industries and GTM motions—fast learning curve
