What You’ll Do
- Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation
Make daily outbound calls to property managers and vacation rental operators across the US
Execute high volume outreach through calls, email, and lead generation platforms
Handle objections confidently and turn cold prospects into engaged opportunities
- Qualification and Discovery Excellence
Ask the right questions to uncover operational pain points and business needs
Qualify leads based on fit, urgency, and decision making structure
Create strong interest by clearly communicating EasyHub’s value proposition
- Pipeline and Activity Performance
Hit daily and weekly quotas for outbound calls, conversations, and demo bookings
Maintain consistent follow up and nurture leads through the early sales stages
Keep accurate records of outreach activity and lead status in the CRM
- Collaboration with the Sales Team
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff from call to demo
Support sales campaigns and strategic outreach initiatives
Contribute to improving scripts, messaging, and outbound playbooks
- Industry Focus and Market Understanding
Engage specifically with the vacation rental and property management industry
Develop expertise in PMS driven operations, guest experience challenges, and automation solutions
Bring insights from conversations back to leadership to sharpen our go to market strategy

What You’ll Bring
- Skills and Experience
- ✔ Proven outbound sales or SDR experience with strong performance metrics
- ✔ Confidence making high volume calls and handling rejection without hesitation
- ✔ Experience in vacation rentals, tourism, hospitality, or property management is a major advantage
- ✔ Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- ✔ Comfortable using CRMs and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or ClickUp
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and verbal
