Business Growth Leader

The ideal candidate will lead the business development team, ensuring targets are met and driving a strong culture of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed business development goals.
  • Develop sales strategies and track team performance metrics.
  • Maintain efficient operational processes and uphold best practices.
  • Deliver consistent performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to strengthen the team.
  • Option to self-source leads and work them as a seller in parallel (commission-based when deals close).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in team management preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven track record of driving team performance and meeting targets.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Apollo (lead sourcing) and HubSpot.
  • English fluency (C2 level).

Based in Brazil and able to work fully remote.
